Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''PEDAL DE ATIVAçãO PARA SISTEMA DE FREIO DE UM VEìCULO RODOVIáRIO''<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um pedal da ativação (1) para o sistema de freio de um veículo rodoviário, com um dispositivo de fixação (6) para prender o pedal de ativação em um mancal giratório (12) junto a um bloco do pedal (7) fixo da carroceria do veículo, um dispositivo de ligação (10) com um módulo de servo-freio (5), um corpo do pedal (2) e uma superfície de acesso para ativação (3), pelo qual o corpo do pedal (2) possui ao menos um núcleo metálico interno (8) e um revestimento plástico (9) que envolve este núcleo metálico. Por essa configuração, de acordo com a invenção, é possível uma construção resistente à torção e uma produção mais ecónomica de um pedal de ativação, já que no revestimento plástico podem ser integrados elementos de montagem adicionais para suportes, chave de luz de freio, mecanismos de molas de retorno e semelhantes, sem etapas de produção adicionais, de modo mais simples. Além disso, através de uma configuração especial do dispositivo de fixação, pode-se realizar qualquer adaptação à maneira de ativação, com o giro do pedal de ativação conforme a invenção.
