CEREAIS PRONTOS PARA COMER PRé-ADOçADOS COM GELATINA E MéTODOS DE PREPARAçãO Divulgado como um método para cobrir partículas alimentícias com um adoçante no preparo de um cereal R-T-E pré-adoçado e produtos alimentícios cobertos preparados pelo processo. A cobertura resiste à dissolução em leite frio. A cobertura contém uma mistura de açúcares e gelatina. O método de preparação consiste nas etapas, em seq³ência, de: (A) fornecimento de base de pedaços alimentícios secos; (B) combinação de solução de açúcares aquosos com uma solução de gelatina aquosa; (C) cobertura da base de pedaços alimentícios secos com o açúcar aquoso e a solução de gelatina; e (D) secagem do produto coberto para obter volume de umidade estável para armazenamento.
