Abstract

"FERTILIZANTE NITROGENADO CONTENDO NITROGêNIO URéICO, NìTRICO, AMONIACAL E ORGâNICO, DE SOLUBILIDADE GRADUAL E NITRIFICAçãO PROGRESSIVA, E, PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DO MESMO" As características de solubilidade gradual e nitrificação progressiva são obtidas ao se colocar em contato o fertilizante nitrogenado associado físico-quimicamente com um silicato e/ou um sulfato inorgânico, o que permite a liberação gradual das diferentes formas de nitrogênio, tanto pela ação de adsorção-absorção dos silicatos, como pelo aparecimento de uma membrana orgânica insolúvel formada pelo sulfato cálcico. O processo de obtenção se baseia em misturar, em um reator-misturador, uréia, sulfato amoníaco e um silicato, acrescentando depois uma fonte de ânion nitrato (NO~ 3~^ -^), mantendo a reação sob um sistema de aspiração eficaz, para acrescentar finalmente uma fonte de nitrogênio orgânico.
