O dispositivo de desengate com reconstituição de fase compreende uma unidade de processamento (1) que compreende um meio (6) para uma reconstituição de fase que recebe os sinais (Is1, Is3) representativos dos sinais de corrente supridos pelos sensores. O meio para a reconstituição de fase compreende um meio (11, 12, 25) para a determinação dos sinais (Ia1, Ia3) representativos das amplitudes dos sinais de corrente (Is1, Is3) supridos pelos dois sensores, um meio (15, 27-33) para a determinação de um sinal (F<SYM>, S<SYM>, cos<SYM>) representativo de uma mudança de fase entre os sinais representativos dos sinais supridos pelos dois sensores, e um meio (13, 14, 16, 17, 34) para a determinação de um sinal (Ia2~ 2~, Ia2, l2) representativo de uma corrente de fase reconstituída de acordo com os sinais representativos das amplitudes para o sinal representativo de uma mudança de fase dos sinais supridos pelos dois sensores. O disjuntor de circuito compreende tal dispositivo de desengate.
