Abstract
"PROCESSO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA TRANSFERêNCIA DEIMAGENS". Trata a presente invenção, pertencente ao setorquímico, de transferir uma imagem qualquer, colorida ou não, emcópia xerox ou digital, para a superfície plana ou irregular de umsubstrato mineral, metálico, madeira, plástico, vidro ou cerâmica,tratando a superfície da cópia com adesivo e a do substrato comtinta adesiva, colocando a imagem em íntimo contato com asuperfície do substrato escolhido, e posicionando-os, como umsanduíche, dentro de um equipamento composto por duasbandejas preferencialmente metálicas (3) e (12) com pequenosfuros nas suas bases (5), e que encaixam uma sobre a outra,dentro das quais existem almofadas de feltro (9) envolto em telametálica (10) e camadas de tecido de algodão (11). Ao colocarestas bandejas em banho-maria dentro de um recipiente maior (7),a ação conjunta da umidade, calor e vapor entrando nas bandejaspelos furos inferiores (5), sendo filtrada pelo feltro (9) e algodão (11)dilui as fibras do papel e simultâneamente transfere e faz aderir deforma indelével os pigmentos que compõe a imagem para asuperfície do substrato."PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT FOR TRANSFERING IMAGES". The present invention, belonging to the chemical sector, deals with transferring any image, colored or not, in xerox or digital copy, to the flat or irregular surface of a mineral, metallic, wood, plastic, glass or ceramic substrate, treating the surface of the copy with adhesive and that of the substrate with adhesive ink, placing the image in intimate contact with the surface of the chosen substrate, and positioning them, as a sandwich, inside a device composed of two preferably metal trays (3) and (12) with small holes in their bases ( 5), and that fit one over the other, inside which there are felt pads (9) wrapped in telametallic (10) and layers of cotton fabric (11).
