Abstract
Въздушен филтър, състоящ се от лента от филтърен материал с хармоникообразна форма, при която са образувани съседни камери, съединени една с друга по протежение на горния си ръб и залепени по протежение на страничните си ръбове посредством адхезивен материал, характеризиращ се с това, че има форма на паралелепипед, а адхезивният материал е горещ и разтопен. Метод за производство на въздушен филтър, съгласно който адхезивният материал се полага по протежение на ръбовете на лентата от филтърен материал, след което тя се нагъва хармоникообразно, като се образуват съседни камери, характеризиращ се с това, че лентата от филтърен материал първо се деформира по протежение на надлъжни линии на прегъване, при което се образуват издатъци и вдлъбнатини на листа филтърен материал, след което се нанасят две ивици от горещия адхезивен материал по страничните му ръбове, създава се контакт върху плоските зони на листа, последният се нагъва хармоникообразно при намалена скорост на подаване на лентата, по предварително деформираните надлъжни линии на прегъване, като нагънатата лента се поддържа компактна в продължение на определено време, при което горещият адхезивен материал напълно изсъхва, след което нагънатата хармоникообразно лента се нарязва на части, съдържащи определен брой камери, като към горната страна на тези части се поставя съответен материал, който се втвърдява и образува херметизиращ уплътнител за горния периферен ръб на въздушния филтър.
