Abstract
The method and the device find an application for spinning yarn by means of a high-speed air vortex. According to the method the movement of the supplying threads (2) on a delivering perforated output cylinder (16) is realized in the beginning through two regions (21) of compaction of the basic fibers (3) and of parallel movement of fixing threads (4) followed by a binding of the two groups of fibers into one. After this they are fed to the spinning chamber (1) where they pass through different regions (A, B and C) of compaction in such a way that starting from the entrance the spinning of the leading threads (3) is under control. The idle back ends of the threads (4) are submitted to the action of stretching forces emerging from the action of the vacuum upon the outgoing cylinder (16), after which they are submitted to forces of dragging and winding around the yarn (10) formed under the action of the rotation of the movable outgoing chamber (8), the air vortex in the winding chamber (12) remaining stable. The device involves a perforated outgoing cylinder (16) on which a zone is formed for feeding the leading threads (3), a zone for feeding the fixing threads (4) and at the end a common zone for binding the fixing threads (4) to the leading (3), and a next one for pulling out the idle ends of the threads (4). The spinning chamber (1) is composed of an incoming (5), an intermediate and two outgoing chambers, a movable (8) and an immovable (9), and behind them a suitable winding chamber (12) is installed.
