Abstract
Биореакторът намира приложение при преработката на отпадъци от селскостопанските производства, от хранителната индустрия, в получаването на енергоносители от възобновяеми източници, в пречистването на отпадни води и в изследванията на анаеробни процеси в лабораторни условия. Състои от цилиндричен корпус (5) с централна тръба (8), в която е монтирана многоетажна бъркачка (7), и концентрично разположени по отношение на нея неподвижни цилиндри, оформящи неподвижния потопен пълнеж (10), които служат за носител при образуване и функциониране на биофилма. В дъното на биореактора е монтирано устройство (12) за изравняване на скоростите на течната фаза след излизането й от зоната на интензивно разбъркване в централната тръба и преди навлизането й в пълнежа.The bioreactor is used in the processing of waste from agricultural production, from the food industry, from renewable energy sources, from wastewater treatment and from laboratory investigations of anaerobic processes. It consists of a cylindrical housing (5) with a central tube (8) in which a multilayer stirrer (7) is mounted and concentrically arranged fixed cylinders forming the fixed submerged filling (10) which serve as carrier for formation and operation biofilm. At the bottom of the bioreactor there is mounted a device (12) for equalizing the velocity of the liquid phase after leaving it from the zone of intense agitation in the central tube and before it enters the filling.
