Abstract
The method is used in metalworking for making of insulation disks of asbestos-cement and asbestos substitutents. It eliminates the need for large quantities of recirculation water, high temperatures in the formation, additional operations for making the product and the waste related to it, as well as the placing of the plastifier in the moulded material. It is possible to use substitutes of the asbestos. By the method a finished product is produced by pressing the forming material (1) in a die (2) and simultaneous filtration under the effect of vacuum in chamber (3) for the separation of the unnecessary water. 1 claim, 3 figures
