The bicyclic spiran compounds have the general formula where n has the value of 1 or 2, and X mens = O, - OH, - OOCH, -OOCCH3. The invention also relates to mixture of the respective pairs of isomers in ratio (m): (p) equal to 1:2 (wt.pts), as well to methods for their preparation. The perfume compositions contain the said compounds in quantities from 0.01 to 50%.
