Abstract
The method is used for metal extraction from metal-containing waste materials, ores, concentrates and derivative products and finds application in metallurgy and the mining industry. It ensures the activation of the process and increasing the speed and the degree of metal phase extraction from the initial material. The method includes treating the material with aqueous solutions of chemical reagents and ultrasound effect, and in each stage of anti-current multi-stage extraction scheme the pulp is subjected to treatment in an ultrasound field of 10-60 kHz frequency for 3 to 15 min. The multi-stage extraction scheme includes from 2 to 4 steps, in one or more of which the pulp can be subjected to double- and triple-alternating effect of ultrasound field for 3 to 10 min. 3 claims, 1 figures
