Abstract
The method is used for the treatment of benignant and malignant mammal gland diseases in the surgical practice. It is realized by minimum invasion by means of a system for high frequency induced thermoablation (HITT) with echographic navigation of the needle electrode across minimum incision of the skin above the tumour of the mammal gland, wherein penetration is made by the tip of the needle to the centre of the tumour core. In the system, high frequency induced current of preset temperature and frequency parameters is supplied and NaCl solution is infused wherein necrobiosis of the tumour tissue is achieved. 2 claims
