Abstract
The composition and the method are used in the production of alcoholic drinks. The composition comprises honey, water, yeasts, aromatizers, ground fruit and fruit rinds in specified quantity ratios. By the method, the honey wort produced by the mixture of the bee honey and water, having total sugar content from 20 to 23 % is heat-treated, without any sulphuration. To it, yeasts, aromatizers and grinds thereof are added. The subsequent processes of fermentation, decanting, clearing and bottling are performed in the standard manner. 2 claims
