Abstract
The solid pharmaceutical composition with controlled release is designed for peroral administration at reduced daily doses. The therapeutical ingredient is a poorly soluble basic medicamentous form. The medicamentous form contains water soluble alginate salt, complex salt of the alginic acid and organic carboxylic acid mixed with the therapeutical medicament. In particular an option of the invention containes a batched form of claritomycin for single daily administration. 19 claims
