Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'un élixir à base d'oeuf de caille stabilisé d'effet fortifiant et ayant une teneur en alcool, consistant à mélanger un sucre avec de la poudre d'oeufs de caille; à mélanger avec de l'éthanol contenant éventuellement un agent conservateur et/ou un anti-oxydant: à broyer le mélange ainsi obtenu sur une machine à broyage fin fonctionnant avec un nombre de tours élevé jusqu'à une granulométrie inférieure à 20 microns; à mélanger avec un agent stabilisant; à diluer avec de l'eau distillée jusqu'à la concentration voulue et, éventuellement à soumettre le mélange à une posthomogénéisation.
