Abstract
Compositions pharmaceutiques aqueuses contenant de l'ubiquinone, un émulsifiant non ionique, un solvant hydroxylé, des agents anti-oxydants et éventuellement du diméthylacétamide. L'administration des compositions selon l'invention par les voies orales, parentérales et topiques sont hydrosolubles et stables, n'entrainant pas de phénomènes de précipitation du principe actif. Leur biodisponibilité améliorée (meilleure absorption du principe actif) entraine une efficacité thérapeutique accrue.Aqueous pharmaceutical compositions containing ubiquinone, a nonionic emulsifier, a hydroxylated solvent, antioxidants and optionally dimethylacetamide. The administration of the compositions according to the invention by the oral, parenteral and topical routes are water-soluble and stable, not causing precipitation phenomena of the active principle. Their improved bioavailability (better absorption of the active ingredient) leads to increased therapeutic efficacy.
