Abstract

Une crème contenant du butyrate-propionate d'hydrocortisone, ayant une absorbabilité par la peau et une stabilité à l'entreposage excellentes, est obtenue en dispersant le butyrate-propionate d'hydrocortisone dans une base de crème composée d'un hydrocarbure paraffinique supérieur, d'eau et d'un agent tensioactif, et en ajustant le pH de la crème pour que, lorsqu'elle est diluée avec de l'eau distillée à 20 fois son volume, elle ait un pH dans l'intervalle de 3,5 à 6,5.
