L'invention se présente comme suite :
La chaise pliante est faite de quatre tubes d'aluminium, qui sont chacun légèrement recourbés à leur extrémité. Les tubes se croisent et sont retenus en leur milieu par un cadre en acier inoxydable, qui enserre ces tubes. Le cadre en acier inoxydable est pourvu de quatres boulons inoxydables, qui percent les tubes d'aluminium et sont vissés par l'extérieur à un bloc d'aluminium, qui se situe au centre. De cette manière, la chaise peut très facilement se déplier et se replier, Les pieds de la chaise sont munis aux deux extrémintés de bouchons en plastic.
La surface réservée pour s'assoir est faite d'une toile amovible. Celle-ci est très solide.
