Abstract

The invention relates to a plasterboard constituting an effective protection against fire, the faces of which are covered with a reinforcement material based on threads or fibres made of mineral and/or refractory material. The core of this board is based on plaster, mineral and/or refractory fibres, silica and talcum and/or mica. The core of the plasterboard may also comprise aluminium hydroxide and/or expanded vermiculite.
