Abstract

The invention relates to a shelf (1) for holding articles, especially in refrigeration units, comprising at least one supporting plate (2) embodied by at least one panel made of glass or possibly a plastic material, and at least one corner piece (4, 5, 6, 7) which is preferably made of a plastic material and covers only one corner (8, 9, 10, 11) of the plate. This type of shelf is especially economical.
