Abstract

The invention relates to a closing element (1; 201; 301; 401; 501; 601; 701) to close a bottle multiple times, comprising a dosing and dispensing element (3; 203; 303; 403; 503; 603; 703), a discharging hole (5; 205; 305; 405; 605; 705) made of deformable material, for instance, a nipple for a baby nursing bottle or a dispensing element for an adhesive or a drinking straw, consisting of a cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707), the inner diameter of which corresponds at least to the outer diameter of the dosing and dispensing element (3; 203; 303; 403; 503; 603; 703), wherein the cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707) consists of at least two parts, said parts of the cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707) being movably connected with a rotation element (12; 212; 312; 412; 512; 612; 712) and comprising a closing element (10; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610; 710) to close both parts of the cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707). The inside of the cap comprises segments (8; 208; 308; 408; 508; 608; 708) extending to the middle axis (17; 217; 317; 417; 517; 617; 717). Said segments (8; 208; 308; 408; 508; 608; 708) serve to crease the dosing and dispensing element underneath its discharging hole so that no liquid stored in the bottle can flow to the discharging hole while also enabling unproblematic transportation of the bottle.
