Abstract

The invention concerns a pressure cooker comprising a vat (1) designed to be closed by a lid (10) by means of a bayonet closure system formed by at least four vat ramps (4, 4A) capable of co-operating with four lid ramps (13), said vat (1) comprising gripping means (51, 52). The invention is characterised in that at least two vat ramps (4A) are diametrically opposite and offset by 90 DEG with respect to the gripping means (51, 52), said vat ramps (4, 4A) being further shaped and of sufficient length to act as pouring spout. The invention is applicable to pressure cookers.
