Abstract
The common shaft powering (2) the cams (1) has a square cross-section, each cam comprising a circular bore (8) of diameter D wherein is inscribed the square cross-section of the control shaft. Each cam (1) is mounted on the shaft (2) between two spacer rings (7) each having a central bore of similar cross-section to that of the shaft (2), the shaft being further provided with means for clamping the assembly comprising a clamping screw (9) and a calibrating spring (10) supported on one end of the assembly, and means for locking the assembly, consisting of a locking nut (16) screwed behind the clamping nut (9) and urged to press against the assembly shunting the spring (10).
