Abstract
This article is a portable simple and compact submersible pump of a one-sided water channel type used to discharge spring water at a construction site or the like wherein a depressurizing window for evacuating water pressure generated in a pump casing to the outside of the pump in order to prevent the water pressure from being transmitted directly to an oil casing is opened between a motor frame and the pump casing and further through a one-sided water channel integrated with one side of the motor frame and having a calabash-like planar shape as shown in the sectional view taken along the line A-A water lifted from the pump casing is caused to pass to a discharge opening with wider diameter disposed laterally on an inclined face of a motor bracket attached to an upper end face of the motor frame as shown in the right and left side views and is discharged to a predetermined place through a discharging hose or pipe connected to the discharge opening and a horseshoe-shaped handle cut out at the discharge opening and attached around above the peripheral face of the motor bracket is held with the hand to transport the submersible pump to an arbitrary water suction site where the submersible pump is used with a water intake hole in the lower periphery submerged in water.
