Abstract
1. A process for the preparation of L-tert.-Leucine from N-acyl-D,L-tert.-Leucine, wherein the racemate is resolved in an aqueous medium with an immobilized acylase and the unreacted N-acyl-D-tert.-Leucine and the liberated carboxylic acid are separated off.
