Abstract

Bottle (1) with external anti-return lock means and a deformable pleated outer lateral wall (4). The outer anti-return lock means (2) cooperates with peripheral shoulders (8) projecting outwardly from the bottle, from the outermost folding lines (7) of the pleated wall, to hold the bottle in one of a series of inner volume states, enabling the bottle to gradually change its shape from a given volume state to a further reduced volume state, so that the inner volume of the bottle can be adapted to the liquid remaining therein. The invention is especially suitable for fizzy liquids.
