Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness is claimed in the features of shape and/or configuration of a motor scooter as illustrated in the accompanying representations having particular regard to: (.) the handlebar cover with a user-facing instrumentation panel and front facing substantially trapezoidal headlight; (.) the front cover below the handlebar cover the front cover having two substantially V-shaped lines two apertures disposed in a substantially V-shaped formation substantially triangular signal lights and leg shields on both sides; (.) the body side covers located between the seat and the rear wheel; (.) the rail behind the seat the rail having and end frame with a substantially X-shaped bar; and (.) the rear combination lamp having an outline comprising of a horizontal straight upper line and arced lower line and arced side lines and within which a white substantially trapezoidal area is located.
