Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid, tenside-free disinfectant agent concentrate having the following ingredients: at least one organic solvent for benzoic acid and/or derivative(s) thereof, which is miscible in water or can be dissolved in water, and at least one acid and/or buffering substance for adjusting an acidic pH value. The invention enables the formulation of benzoic acid or a microbiocidal benzoic acid derivative such as salicylic acid in non-dissociated form together with another acid in a liquid, one-phase single vessel concentrate,which can be mixed with water to form a CIP-cleaning solution. The invention also relates to the use of said concentrate for CIP-cleaning plants in the foodstuffs and beverages industry.
