Description
HANDLE AND VEHICLE-MOUNTED REFRIGERATOR TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration devices, and in particular to a handle and a vehicle-mounted refrigerator which can be mounted with the handle.
BACKGROUND
Any discussion of the prior art throughout the specification should in no way be considered as an admission that such prior art is widely known or forms part of common general knowledge in the field.
o For a mobile refrigerator used in vehicle-mounted environment, sometimes, an external force caused by road bumps and the like causes a refrigerator door to be unexpectedly opened and makes it impossible for the refrigerator door to be normally closed. Therefore, the refrigerator door of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is provided with a limiting portion, for example, a double-locked configuration comprising an upper bolt and a lower bolt which is in linkage with the upper bolt, s whereby the refrigerator door is locked relative to a refrigerator body by means of the respective fit between the upper and lower bolts and upper and lower locking mechanisms with which the refrigerator body is provided. When the refrigerator door is unlocked, the upper bolt and the lower bolt which are in linkage with each other are respectively moved out of the upper locking mechanism and the lower locking mechanism by means of a grip located at an upper part of the o vehicle-mounted refrigerator (for example, by operating the handle at the upper part in such a way that the upper bolt is downwardly moved out of the upper locking mechanism; moreover, since the upper bolt and the lower bolt are in linkage with each other, the downward movement of the upper bolt causes the lower bolt to be upwardly moved out of the lower locking mechanism so as to lock the refrigerator door).
However, due to the problem of limited space in the vehicle-mounted environment, the vehicle-mounted refrigerator may sometimes be placed at a high position, resulting in that it is difficult/inconvenient for a user to access to and operate the grip located at the upper part of the refrigerator to unlock the refrigerator door, and thus leading to inconvenient use.
SUMMARY
The present invention aims to at least solve the technical problem mentioned above in the related art to a certain extent. To this end, according to at least one preferred form, the present invention provides a novel handle which allows a user to conveniently unlock a refrigerator door from below.
Accordingly, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a handle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
o The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, in which the same or similar reference signs refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended to be illustrative of the present invention, but should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. la-c, provided is a vehicle-mounted refrigerator 10 comprising a handle 20 according to a first aspect of the present invention, which can be detachably mounted to a lower end of a refrigerator door of a cabinet structure. The vehicle-mounted refrigerator is mainly used for storing items that need cryogenic storage in a vehicle, and the refrigerator door can be o conveniently unlocked from below by means of the handle 20 of the present invention when the refrigerator is about to be placed at a high position in the vehicle. Specifically, the cabinet structure of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator 10 comprises a refrigerator body 11 and a refrigerator door 12. The refrigerator body is provided with a storage chamber for storing items, the refrigerator body is provided with an opening in communication with the storage chamber, and the items are put in or taken out of the storage chamber through the opening. The refrigerator body 11 is further provided with a lower locking mechanism 13 and an upper locking mechanism (not shown). The opening can be closed by the refrigerator door 12, and the refrigerator door 12 is rotatably connected to the refrigerator body 11. The refrigerator door 12 is further provided with a lower bolt 14 (e.g., that shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b) and an upper bolt (not shown) which is in linkage with the lower bolt. The lower bolt 14 fits with the lower locking mechanism 13, and the upper bolt fits with the upper locking mechanism. When the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is about to be placed at the high position in the vehicle so that the user cannot/inconveniently access to and operate the high handle, the handle 20 according to the present invention can be mounted to the lower end of the refrigerator door 12 so as to provide the possibility of unlocking the refrigerator door from below as exemplarily shown in FIG. Ic.
The function and structure of the handle according to the present invention will be further described below with respect to an embodiment exemplarily shown in FIGS. 2a-3b.
Referring to FIGS. 2a-2e, the handle 20 according to the embodiment is provided as an assembly/a kit. Specifically, the handle 20 comprises a grip part 21, a handle base 22, and two o springs 23 for returning the grip part. The grip part 21 comprises an opening 211, first and second guide portions 212 extending downwardly from the grip part, and first and second handle return portions 213. The handle base 22 is generally in the form of a folded line, that is, the handle base has a first upper part 221 and a second lower part 222, and also has a first side portion 223 and a second side portion 224. Further, the handle base comprises first and second snap-fit portions 225 located respectively on the first side portion and the second side portion, first and second limiting walls 226, and first and second compartment spaces 227 located respectively between the first snap-fit portion and the first limiting wall and between the second snap-fit portion and the second limiting wall, wherein mounting posts 228 configured for mounting the springs 23 are arranged in the first and second compartment spaces 227. The handle 20 according to this embodiment is o assembled as an assembly/a kit by means of the following fits: the two springs 23 are placed respectively in the first and second compartment spaces 227 and sleeved on the mounting posts 228, and are then snap-fitted respectively to the first side portion 214 and the second side portion 215 of the grip part 21 by means of thefirst and second snap-fit portions 225, and thereafter, the first and second guide portions 212 are in contact with the first and second limiting walls 226 respectively, the first and second handle return portions 213 extend at least partially into the first and second compartment spaces 227 respectively and are in contact with the springs 23 arranged therein, and a lower surface of the grip part 21 is in contact with the first upper part 221.
When the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is about to be placed at the high position in the vehicle so that the user cannot/inconveniently access to and operate the high handle to unlock the o refrigerator door, for example, the handle can be mounted to the lower end of the refrigerator door 12 by means of the handle base 22 of the handle 20 before the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is placed at the high position. For example, with reference to FIG. I cin combination with FIGS. 2a and 2b, according to an optional implementation of the present invention, first and second mounting seat portions 229 can be arranged respectively at outer ends of the two side portions 223 and 224 of the handle base 22, that is, on outer sides of the first and second snap-fit portions 225. The mounting seat portions 229 may both have screw holes 2210 (e.g., each mounting seat portion may have two screw holes), and the handle 20 is conveniently, quickly and easily mounted to the lower end of the refrigerator door by aligning the screw holes 2210 to screw holes of the lower end of the refrigerator door 12 and then screwing screws into the holes, with an end surface of the lower end being in contact with an upper surface of the grip part 21.
When the refrigerator door 12 mounted with the handle 20 of the embodiment closes the o opening of the refrigerator body 11 and is locked relative to the refrigerator body 11, for example, with reference to FIG. 3a in combination with FIG. Ic, the lower locking mechanism 13 arranged in the refrigerator body 11 extends at least partially (e.g., a portion of the lower locking mechanism that has the opening 15) into a space between the grip part 21 and the second lower part 222 of the handle base 22; and the lower bolt 14 is inserted into both of the opening 211 of the grip part 21 s and the opening 15 of the lower locking mechanism 13. The upper bolt is inserted into the opening (not shown) of the upper locking mechanism arranged in the Cabinet.
When the refrigerator door 12 is unlocked from below by means of the handle 20 of the embodiment, for example, with reference to FIG. 3b in combination with FIG. 2f, the user operates the handle 20, that is, the user pulls the grip part 21 outwardly (since thefirst and second snap-fit o portions 225 are snap-fitted respectively to the first side portion 214 and the second side portion 215, the first and second guide portions 212 are respectively in contact with the first and second limiting walls 226, the lower surface of the grip part 21 is in contact with the first upper part, and an end surface of the lower end of the refrigerator door is in contact with the upper surface of the grip part 21, the grip part 21 can be held well/stably, and the grip part 21 can slide/move stably along the limiting walls relative to the handle base and the refrigerator door by means of the slidable contact fit between the guide portions of the grip part and the limiting walls of the handle base). During the outward sliding of the grip part 21, a bevel 216 formed on a wall of the grip part 21 that encloses the opening 211 is in contact fit with a bevel 16 on the lower bolt 14, such that the outward sliding of the grip part 21 causes an upward movement of the lower bolt 14, and finally, o the lower bolt 14 is moved out of the opening 15 of the lower locking mechanism 13 and the opening 211 of the grip part. Also, since the upward movement of the lower bolt 14 causes a downward movement of the upper bolt in linkage with the lower bolt, the upper bolt is moved out of the opening of the upper locking mechanism. In addition, as the grip part 21 slides, the first and second handle return portions 213 compress the springs 23 until the first and second handle return portions 213 are in contact with the mounting posts 228, and the grip part 21 stops sliding relative to the handle base 22. Then, the grip part 21 is pulled to open the refrigerator door 12 so as to expose the opening of the refrigerator body 11. After the refrigerator door 12 is opened, the user can release the handle 20, and the handle 20 can return under the action of the restoring of the springs 23 from a compressed state to its original state (i.e., the springback of the springs acts on the handle return portions 213 to cause the entire grip part 21 to return).
When it is not needed to place the vehicle-mounted refrigerator at the high position in the vehicle, for example, on a floor of the vehicle, the user can conveniently, quickly and easily o remove the handle 20 of this embodiment from the refrigerator door by unscrewing the screws from the screw holes.
The handle 20 according to the embodiment can be arranged at the lower end of the refrigerator door and can fit with the lower bolt and the lower locking mechanism, such that when the cabinet is placed at the high position, the handle can be operated from below to conveniently unlock the refrigerator door. Furthermore, since the handle 20 of the embodiment can also be detachably mounted to the lower end of the refrigerator door, the user can mount and use or remove the handle of the present invention according to actual use conditions/requirements (e.g., when the cabinet is placed on the floor of the vehicle, the handle of the present invention may not be mounted/removed; when the cabinet is about to be placed at the high position, the handle of the o present invention may be mounted to the lower end of the refrigerator door, which facilitates unlocking from below; and this endows the handle with flexibility in use).
Additionally or alternatively, as exemplarily shown in FIG. 2d, in the handle according to this embodiment, the first and second limiting walls 226 of the handle base 22 may have bars 2211. For example, each limiting wall may have two bars. In case of the bars provided, the first and second guide portions 212 of the grip part 21 are in contact with the bars in an assembled state of the handle. This changes the sliding-fit contact serving a guiding function between the guide portions and the limiting walls from surface-to-surface contact to point/line-to-surface contact, which further facilitates the sliding of the grip part relative to the handle base.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the orientations or the o position relationship indicated by the terms such as "upper", "lower", "inner" and "outer" are based on the orientations or the position relationship shown in the accompanying drawings, which is only for ease of description of the present invention and for simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the devices or elements referred to necessarily have a specific orientation structure and operation, and therefore cannot be construed as limiting the present invention.
Moreover, the terms "first" and "second" are merely used for the description purpose, and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Thus, the features defined with "first" and "second" can explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it should be understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and cannot be understood as limiting the present invention, and those of ordinary skill in the art can make combinations, o changes, modifications, substitutes and variations to the above embodiments within the scope of the present invention.
