A new type of bank account that allows for sale and personalised gifts to be exchanged for any event. A
versatile purpose created bank account that can be set up for short term or long term for the purpose of
holding funds given to the account owner/s as a gift. This is a safe way of exchanging gifts or donations
without the need to withdraw cash or buy gift cards. Accounts can be established as individual, join account
or established for and behalf of any business - existing tax and bank rules apply. This account will facilitate
one or more deposits during any given time whilst the account is open. It will allow the owner/s to view,
respond with messages, sort by name, or type/value of deposit, and allow the owner/s to draw down on
funds at anytime once a deposit has cleared.

Target Market for Type of Bank Account: This is a new bank account aimed at being sold into any financial institution that has the facilities to operate as outlined below.

This account will facilitate one or more deposits during any given time whilst the account is open. It will allow the owner/s to view, respond with messages, sort by name, or type/value of deposit, and allow the owner/s to draw down on funds at any time once a deposit has cleared.
This account can be created for any scenario where more than 1 deposit is expected to be made for an event of any kind by local and international participants.
The account owner/s can register the deposit with a tag for example, they may choose to Tag a deposit by the side of the family the deposit was made by - EG: A wedding registry may tag deposits as BRIDE or GROOM to allow for ease of monitoring.
How to make a payment: GIFTER Process
Bank Created Reference number to allow deposits from any financial Regsistry ID institution which links to the account purpose created as the Gift Vault Name Name of Person/s depositing Amount Amount being deposited A free text area allowing the person/s depositing to send well wishes or a Message private message Optional Phone Number/International Number/Email Person/s depositing can opt to include a mobile number/email address to Address for Messaging receive any messaging from the GIFTEE in response to their deposit. Once sent, confirmation will ensue in line with their financial institutions existing methods as prescribed/selected by the account owner.
Viewing the payment: GIFTEE Process
Once a deposit is received, a confirmation will ensue in line with the account holders financial institutions existing methods as prescribed/selected by the account owner to alert that a deposit has been made. Account holder/s log into their online banking to view or visit in branch at their financial institution Account holder/s Select the account they wish to view Account listing, transactional view does not vary from existing financial institutions view or processing to ensure consistency and ease of use Account holder/s can select a deposit and TAG it using predetermined tags or by creating their own. These may include but are not limited to: Bride, Groom, Parents, Family, Friends, Colleagues, Team, Sport, Music, Neighbours, Siblings, High Priority, Medium Priority, Low Priority etc. Account holder/s can opt to send a reply message back to the GIFTER if the GIFTER has opted to include a mobile phone or international number or email address - this is free text Account Holder/s can also view, print statements of any deposits made into the account and can sort by the aforementioned TAG.
Access to Funds: Once the account is established and deposits have been made, the Account Owner/s can access and use the money that has been gifted at any time once funds have cleared. In the case of someone planning an event, the funds can be used for deposits, person use or any kind of spending required. Transfers out ofthe account can be made as simply as any other account - the account may also be set up with debit cards linked to allow for ease of withdrawal and use of the funds.
