headphone system.
Background Technology
Earphones are one of the commonly used devices for playing music, especially headphones
are becoming more and more popular because of their sound quality. Conventional headphones
are usually connected to devices such as mobile phones through audio cables. As most mobile
phones started to cancel the 3.5mm interface, the frequency of using headphones connected to
audio sources through wireless technology is increasing. However, most wireless headphones are
still charged through a cable, users often forget to connect the cable to charge their headphones,
and the headphones cannot be turned on due to low battery.

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a headphone system with simplified
charging operation.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a headphone system,
including a headphone body and a headphone base. The headphone body is equipped with a
battery therein, and includes two earpieces and a head band connecting the two earpieces. One of
the earpieces is provided with a receiving coil module for wireless charging which is connected
to the battery. The headphone base includes a supporting plate, and a positioning block and a
transmitting coil module for wireless charging arranged on the supporting plate. The positioning
block is located above the transmitting coil module for wireless charging so that the receiving
coil module and the transmitting coil module for wireless charging are paired with each other
when the head band is placed on the positioning block, thereby realizing wireless charging.
Further, an upper surface of the positioning block is in an arc shape matching a shape of the
head band.
Further, the supporting plate also includes a fixing block located above the positioning block,
and surfaces of the fixing block and the positioning block facing each other are both matched
with the shape of the head band, so as to form a groove with a shape matching the shape of the
head band between the fixing block and the positioning block.
Further, the headphone base also includes a case body located below the positioning block,
and the transmitting coil module for wireless charging is accommodated in the case body.
Further, the transmitting coil module for wireless charging includes a transmitting coil, and a
charging control circuit connected to an external power source through a charging cable, the
transmitting coil is connected to the charging control circuit.
Further, a charging indicator is provided on the headphone base, and the charging indicator
is connected with the charging control circuit to indicate a charging status.
Compared with the prior art, the headphone system of the present disclosure is provided
with a receiving coil module for wireless charging in an earpiece of the headphone body, and a
transmitting coil module for wireless charging on the supporting plate of the headphone base.
When charging is required, the head band of the headphone body is placed on the positioning
block, and induction charging is carried out through pairing of the receiving coil module and the
transmitting coil module for wireless charging, thereby realizing wireless charging of the
headphone. This does not require any cable, and is easy to operate, which may avoid the
situation that users forget to connect the headphone with the cable to charge the headphone, and
the headphone cannot be turned on due to low battery.
The present disclosure will become clearer through the following description in conjunction
with the accompanying drawings. These drawings are used to explain embodiments of the
present disclosure.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a partially cross-sectional view of a headphone system according to an embodiment
of the present disclosure.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below
in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Similar reference
numbers in the drawings represent similar components. Obviously, the embodiments to be
described below are merely a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all
the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments
obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the scope
of protection of the present disclosure.
Referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 1 is a partially cross-sectional view of a headphone system 1
according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment shown in the
accompanying drawing, the headphone system 1 includes a headphone body 10 and a headphone
base. The headphone body 10 is equipped with a battery therein, and includes two earpieces 101
and a head band 102 connecting the two earpieces 101. One of the earpieces 101 is provided
with a receiving coil module for wireless charging 103 which is connected to the battery. The
headphone base includes a supporting plate 201, and a positioning block 2022 and a transmitting
coil module for wireless charging 203 arranged on the supporting plate 201. The positioning
block 2022 is located above the transmitting coil module for wireless charging 203 so that the
receiving coil module and the transmitting coil module for wireless charging 103 and 203 are
paired with each other when the head band 102 is placed on the positioning block 2022, thereby
realizing wireless charging to the headphone body 10. In the present embodiment, preferably, an
upper surface of the positioning block 2022 is in an arc shape matching a shape of the head band
102. The receiving coil module for wireless charging 103 is located close to a rear cover of the
earpiece 101, and the battery is located inside the earpiece 101. Based on the above design, the
headphone body 10 is positioned on the supporting plate 201 of the headphone base by the
positioning block 2022. When the headphone body 10 requires charging, the head band 102 of
the headphone body 10 is placed on the positioning block 2022 to charge the battery in the headphone body 10. That is, induction charging is carried out through the pairing of the receiving coil module and the transmitting coil module for wireless charging 103 and 203, thereby realizing wireless charging of the headphone. This does not require any cable, and is easy to operate.
Further, in the embodiment shown, the supporting plate 201 also includes a fixing block
2021 located above the positioning block 2022, and surfaces of the fixing block 2021 and the
positioning block 2022 facing each other are both matched with the shape of the head band 102,
so as to form a groove 204 with a shape matching the shape of the head band 102 between the
fixing block 2021 and the positioning block 2022. Based on the above design, the position of the
head band 102 is further limited through cooperation between the fixing block 2021 and the
positioning block 2022.
In some embodiments, the headphone base further includes a case body 205 located below
the positioning block 2022, and the transmitting coil module for wireless charging 203 is
accommodated in the case body 205. The receiving coil module for wireless charging 103
located in the earpiece 101 may be paired with the transmitting coil module for wireless charging
203 located in the case body 205 when the head band 102 is placed in the groove 204.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the transmitting coil module for wireless charging
203 includes a transmitting coil, and a charging control circuit connected to an external power
source through a charging cable, and the transmitting coil is connected to the charging control
circuit. Correspondingly, the receiving coil module for wireless charging 103 includes a
receiving coil, and a charging circuit, and the receiving coil is connected to the charging circuit.
Further, a charging indicator 30 is provided on the headphone base, and the charging
indicator 30 is connected with the charging control circuit to indicate a charging status. It is to be
understood, the charging control circuit in the present disclosure is a charging circuit commonly
used by one of ordinary skill in the field of wireless charging, and will not be repeated herein.
In summary, the headphone system of the present disclosure charges the battery in the
headphone body by means of electromagnetic induction, namely, a receiving coil module for
wireless charging is arranged in an earpiece of the headphone body, and a transmitting coil module for wireless charging is arranged on the supporting plate of the headphone base, and a groove matching the shape of the head band is formed on the supporting plate through the cooperation between the fixing block and the positioning block. When the battery in the headphone body requires charging, the head band of the headphone body is placed in the groove, so that induction charging is carried out through pairing of the receiving coil module and the transmitting coil module for wireless charging, thereby realizing wireless charging to the headphone. This does not require any cable, and is easy to operate, which may avoid the situation that users forget to connect the headphone with the cable to charge the headphone, and the headphone cannot be turned on due to low battery.
The present disclosure is described above in conjunction with the preferred embodiments,
but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and shall cover various modifications and
equivalent combinations based on the spirit of the present disclosure.
