Field [0001] As name suggests we are taking real estate industry to the future, currently real estate industry in Australia is still working traditionally and with intensive manual processes.

BACKGROUND
[0002] These manual processes which are time consuming, costly and high percentage of mistakes. The industry comprises of 2 major listing portal www.realestate.com.au and www.domain.com.au, there are multiple upcoming portals such as www.homely.com.au,www.onthehouse.com.au and few others providing similar services.
[0003] One of the market segment is taken over by portals which are used to find agents, and there are quite a few of them, then we have franchise model and individual agencies which are competing for same market share and have their existence in local markets.
[0004] In last 7 years we have seen consistent growth in DIY portals which allows Owner selling or private selling this model is growing at very low rate but not having significant impact on current real-estate market. In recent survey conducted by PRDnationalwide these disruptive concepts have less than 1% impact on real-estate market.
