Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness reside in the features of the design as shown in the representations. Greater weight is to be given to the pinched seam of the seat cushion backrest and armrest (the “components�) of the article of furniture. A schematic representation of the pinched seam of each of the components is shown in the drawing labelled “Section View A-A� being a representation of the part of each of the components taken along the section line labelled A-A in the Perspective views. The legs of the article of furniture illustrated in broken lines in the representations are provided for reference purposes only and do not form part of the design for which protection is sought. The features illustrated in broken lines on the armrest of the article of furniture represent an optional pocket on the armrest. The armrest may be arranged on either side of the base of the article of furniture.
