Abstract

A transmission apparatus for contra-rotating impeller ventilation. According to the apparatus, flanges (13, 21) output to a first-stage impeller (14) and a second-stage impeller (18) to achieve contra-rotation of the impellers; tapered roller bearings (20) are arranged at both ends of a cross shaft (9) and can run at a high speed, so that the requirement on high rotating speed of the impellers can be met. The apparatus is a keel type transmission case, the cross shaft is used as the main body, and the case only bears a supporting force on the longitudinal shaft end of the cross shaft; therefore, the two sets of blades are closest to each other under a bevel gear transmission condition, so that the structure is more compact and the efficiency of a contra-rotating impeller ventilation device is improved.

Description

A TRANSMISSION OF VENLITATION APPARATUS WITH COUNTER-ROTATING IMPELLERS
Technical Field
The invention relates to a transmission of ventilation apparatus, in particular to a technical solution applicable for a ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers.
Background
An appropriate ventilation system can provide each intended site with aplenty of fresh air, suitable temperature and humidity, and good air conditions using ventilation power in the most economical way, ensuring safety of the workers and improving the environment. The property of the ventilation apparatus has a very important influence on the effect of ventilation.
The majority of existing ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers uses two stage impellers driven by two motors that have equal capacity and rotate at equal speed in opposite directions respectively. The main problems are as follows: (1) since the motor and the impeller are placed in the air duct together, an annular channel is formed between the impeller/motor and the main air duct, which has a great influence on the uniformity and straightness of airflow, and consequentially on the performance of the ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers; (2) since the motor and the impeller are directly jointed to each other and fixed within the air duct, the heat dissipation condition of the electric motor is relatively poor in the air duct compared with that in the atmosphere, and the motor is not easy to repair.
An now available prior art is disclosed in publication No. 203463562U entitled as “a Reversing Box with Spiral Bevel Gear”, wherein the reversing box includes a first output shaft, a second output shaft, an input shaft, and spiral bevel gears. The first output shaft and the second output shaft are each perpendicularly arranged with respect to the input shaft. In operation, when the input shaft is rotated, it will drive the first and second output shafts to perform reverse rotation at the same time. Due to its large volume and complex structure, such reversing box is not suitable for the ventilation apparatus of counter-rotating type requiring a compact structure. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop a suitable transmission for counter-rotating impellers. 1
Summary of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to provide a transmission of ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers which aims to solve the problems of the existing ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers, i.e. poor performance, poor heat dissipation and inconvenient maintenance. When the bevel gears are used for transmission, the distance between the two sets of blades can be minimized, so as to improve the efficiency of the ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers.
In order to achieve the said purpose, the technical solution of the invention lies in a transmission for counter-rotating impellers comprising a cross shaft, a bushing, a flange, a bevel gear shaft and so on, characterized in that, the axial end and longitudinal end of the cross shaft are provided with a spiral bevel gear. When the bevel gears are used for transmission, the distance between the two sets of wind blades can be minimized.
By adopting the said technical solution, the cross shaft rotates and drives the spiral bevel gear to rotate at the same time, the reverse rotation of the transmission is performed, and the efficiency of ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers is improved.
The flanges transmit torque to each of the first stage impeller and second stage impeller to realize the counter rotation of the impellers.
Both ends of the cross shaft are provided with a tapered roller bearing. By adopting the said technical solution and using the tapered roller bearing which can bear high speed rotation, the requirement on high rotating speed of the impellers can be met.
The invention involves a keel-type transmission box which uses a cross shaft as the main body. The body of the transmission box only bears the supporting force from the longitudinal ends of the cross shaft, so the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure and high transmission efficiency.
The invention relates to a transmission for counter-rotating impellers which solves the problems of the existing ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers including poor performance, poor heat dissipation and inconvenient maintenance. When using the bevel gear for transmission, the distance of the two sets of impellers can be the shortest, so that the structure is more compact, and the efficiency of the ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers is improved. The flanges transmit torque to each of the first stage impeller and second stage impeller to realize the counter rotation of the impellers. Both 2 ends of the cross shaft are provided with a tapered roller bearing which can bear high speed rotation, and thus the requirement on the high rotating speed of the impellers can be met. The invention involves a keel-type transmission box which uses a cross shaft as the main body. The body of transmission box only bears the supporting force from the longitudinal ends of the cross shaft. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure and high transmission efficiency.

Detailed Description
The specific embodiments of the invention will be further discussed hereinafter in connection with the accompanying drawings, to the extent that the skilled person in the art is enabled to implement it.
As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, a transmission of a ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers comprises a cross shaft 9, a bushing 27, a first flange 13 and a bevel gear shaft. They are configured as follows: the transmission of the ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers uses the cross shaft 9 as its main body, and employ a transmission box of the keel type which bears the longitudinal ends of the cross shaft; the cross shaft 9 is designed to be provided with a tapered roller bearing 20 at both ends, the axial ends of the cross shaft 9 are provided with a second spiral bevel gear 25 and 3 a third spiral bevel gear 22 respectively, and a longitudinal end thereof is provided with a first spiral bevel gear 19; the first spiral bevel gear 19 is designed to engage with each of the second spiral bevel gear 25 and the third spiral bevel gear 22; the first flange 13 transmits torque to the first stage impeller 14, and a flange 21 transmits torque to the second stage impeller 18, so as to achieve the counter rotation of the impellers, and to minimize the distance between the two sets of blades when the bevel gears are used for transmission. This configuration has a compact structure occupying little space, and is specially designed for the narrow space in coal mines, and has a high practicability. It has the advantages of small size, compact structure, and high efficiency of the ventilation, as compared with the existing ventilation apparatus used in underground coal mines.
Further embodiments are as follows:
As shown in Figure 1, a motor 1 used as a power source transmits power to the first stage impeller 3 through a cross shaft type of universal coupler 2. Then the transmission for the counter-rotating impellers 4 drives the second stage impeller 5 to achieve the counter rotation of the impellers.
As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the invention relates to a transmission for counter-rotating impellers comprising a cross shaft 9, a bushing 27, a flange 13, a bevel gear shaft 23 and so on. They are configured as follows: the axial ends of the cross shaft 9 are provided with a second spiral bevel gear 25 and a third spiral bevel gear 22, and a longitudinal end thereof is provided with a first spiral bevel gear 19; the first spiral bevel gear 19 engages with each of the second spiral bevel gear 25 and third the spiral bevel gear 22. When the bevel gears are employed for transmission, the smaller the distance between the two sets of blades is designed, the more compact the structure is.
By adopting the technical solution as described above, the cross shaft rotates and drives the spiral bevel gear to rotate at the same time, the reverse rotation of the transmission is performed, and the efficiency of the ventilation apparatus with the counter-rotating impellers is improved.
The flange 13 transmits torque to the first stage impeller 14, and the flange 21 transmits torque to the second stage impeller 18, to achieve the counter rotation of the impellers.
Both ends of the cross shaft 9 are provided with a tapered roller bearing 20. By adopting the technical solution as mentioned above and using the tapered roller bearing 4 which can bear high speed rotation, the requirement on the high rotating speed of the impellers can be fulfilled.
The invention relates to a keel-type transmission box using a cross shaft as its main body. The body of the transmission box only withstands the supporting force from the 5 longitudinal shaft of the cross shaft. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure and high transmission efficiency. 5
