DESCRIPTION Traditionally, to Buy a Good or Service, it is the BUYER that needs to find SELLERS of the Good or Service, ensure that the SELLER can supply the Good or Service and that the SELLER is able and willing to meet any other criteria (e.g. timing, delivery, installation) specified by the BUYER. The BUYER also needs to source (either physically and/or digitally) information from SELLERS or other SUPPLIERS. It is the BUYER that needs to compare offers from multiple SELLERS (prices, terms and conditions) and then negotiate (often iteratively) with one or more of the SELLERS. Finally, the BUYER needs to settle on a "deal" that also satisfies any criteria specified. This process is inefficient and the BUYER remains uncertain whether the deal obtained is sub-optimal.
