Description
0 Anchor drilling and setting device The invention relates to an anchor drilling and setting device for setting flexible anchors, in particular cable bolts, including a drill motor, a bearing for the drill motor, which is engaged by an advance drive for displacing the bearing along with the drill motor in the drilling direction, and a clamping device for the anchor. From DE 34 10 100 Al, a bolt setting device for fixing bolts in drill holes by the aid of a binder or cement agent has become known. The bolts used in that case are flexible bolts preferably drawn from a strand or coil and cut to length by the aid of a cutting device. The supply means by which such a flexible bolt can be set comprises draw rolls, wherein three driven draw rolls naturally requiring an appropriate drive are provided in the described case. After having inserted the anchors, the latter are accordingly cut off as soon as an anchor has reached the bottom of a drilled hole. The displacement mechanism itself is rotationally mounted on an anchor drilling and setting device base equipment and is pivoted into the respective operating position by the aid of a separate cylinder. From US 4,079,592, a device for introducing a cable bolt can be taken, in which the cable bolt is mounted on a drum and can be deflected and inserted by the aid of a further guide tube having driven guide rollers. The insertion device in that case is part of a further apparatus for the introduction of adhesive bolts, wherein the drilled holes are preformed using a separate drilling device. US 4,728,219 describes an automotive anchor drilling and setting device, in which cable bolts are uncoiled from a cable drum and guided through an insertion means arranged on the frame of the 2 travelling mechanism. Also in that device, driving is effected via friction rolls again requiring a separate drive. The invention aims to provide an anchor drilling and setting device of the initially defined kind, in which flexible anchors and, in particular, cable bolts can be set without requiring an additional drive and any expensive accessory units. In doing so, constructional changes of the drill motor are to be avoided and flexible anchors are to be introducible into a drill hole merely by advancing, i.e. without rotating. To solve this object, the anchor drilling and setting device according to the invention is further developed to the effect that the drill motor is configured to be coupleable to the clamping device for the anchor, wherein the clamping device is held in the bearing connected with the drill motor. Due to the fact that, as a drive for setting flexible anchors and, in particular, cable bolts, the drill motor itself and, in particular, the advance drive of the drill motor is chosen while merely arranging a clamping device in a manner coupleable to the drill motor, extremely small-structured additional components will do and separate drives will be obviated, since the drive is directly formed by the advance drive of the drill motor. And by the clamping device being held in the bearing connected with the drill motor, further simplification of the mode of operation is feasible. During a drilling operation, the clamping device, which is fastened to a connecting rod, can be removed from the common bearing and pivoted out of its position so as not to impede the drilling operation. As soon as the drill hole has been completed, the clamping device is put in front of the drill drive and can be moved backwards and forwards in the drilling direction by the advance drive.
3 Such a bearing, in particular, enables the configuration to be devised in such a manner as to cause automatic clamping at an advance of the drill motor, wherein the configuration is preferably devised such that the clamping device comprises a stirrup or hook for encompassing the anchor, and the clamping device preferably comprises at least one clamping jaw, said stirrup or hook and/or clamping jaw(s) being mounted so as to be movable transversely to the direction of insertion. This transverse mobility of the stirrup or hook and clamping jaw, respectively, relative to each other enables the clamping of the flexible anchor or cable in the direction of insertion upon actuation of the drill motor, wherein such clamping will be effected automatically if the configuration is devised in a manner that the bearing includes oblong holes which are inclined at acute angles relative to the direction of insertion such that the clamping force of the clamping device will be increased at a displacement of the clamp in the direction of insertion of the anchor, as in correspondence with a preferred further develop ment. Due to the inclined guideways, the cable bolts will cause a relative displacement of the cooperating components, i.e. stirrup or hook and clamping jaws, respectively, at a movement in the direction of insertion so as to cause automatic clamping during the insertion of the cable bolt. In a particularly simple manner, the configuration is devised such that the stirrup or hook and/or clamping jaw, respectively, comprise a friction-increasing surface or profiling. In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail by way of an exemplary embodiment schematically illustrated in the drawing. Therein, Fig. 1 is a perspective side view of an anchor drilling and setting device according to the present invention; Fig. 2 is a view analogously to Fig. 1 from the other side, along arrow II of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows an enlarged detail 4 of the clamping device in the side view; Fig. 4 is a sectional illustration of the clamping device with a clamped cable bolt; and Fig. 5 is a partially sectioned view along arrows V/V of Fig. 4. Fig. 1 depicts an anchor drilling and setting device 1, whose drill motor is denoted by 2. The bearing of the drill motor is denoted by 17. An advance drive not illustrated in detail engages the bearing 17 to advance the drill motor 2 in the drilling direction and then back again. The anchor drilling and setting device, on its end facing the drill hole, comprises a clamping device 3 which is also required during the drilling operation, for instance in order to extend drill rods. This clamping device 3 is, for instance, closed during the drilling operation, whereupon the drill motor 2 is moved back in the sense of arrow 4, whereupon an appropriate drill rod extension piece can be introduced and the drill hole can be further advanced. From the illustration according to Fig. 1, a clamping device 5 is apparent, which comprises a stirrup 6, via which the clamping device 5 can be vertically displaced in the sense of double arrow 7 in order to enable the introduction of a cable bolt 8. The clamping device is connected with the bearing 17 via a connecting rod 15 and held within the same so as to enable the forward and backward movement of the clamping device 5 by the aid of the displacement device (not illustrated) engaging the bearing 17. During the introduction of the cable bolt, the drill-hole-side clamping device 3 again is at first opened, whereupon the cable bolt 8 is introduced opposite to the sense of arrow 4. After this, the clamping device 3 is closed and the clamping device 5 is retracted in the sense of arrow 4 along with the drill motor 5 2, whereupon a further portion of the flexible anchor can be introduced. To this end, the clamp 3 is again opened and the clamp 5 is brought into clamping contact with the cable bolt 8. In the illustration according to Fig. 2, the reference numerals of Fig. 1 have been retained, wherein two oblong holes 9 are now additionally apparent from the slightly enlarged view, via which oblong holes the clamping device 5 is guided so as to be displaceable in the sense of double arrow 7 and transversely thereto. The appropriate displaceability transverse to the sense of double arrow 7 results from the apparent oblique position of the oblong holes 9, which, upon movement of the clamping device 5 in the sense of arrow 4, causes an increase in the clamping effect. The details are even more clearly apparent from Figs. 3, 4 and 5. The bearing block for the pivotable arrangement of the anchor drilling and setting device 1 on an advance working machine (not illustrated) or a vehicle is indicated by 10. From Fig. 3, it is apparent that the clamping device comprises projections 11 including suitable profilings to enhance the gripping of flexible anchor rods. The anchor rod 8 is illustrated in section in Fig. 4, and said projections 11 are in pressing contact with the anchor rod 8. When moving the drive in the sense of the arrow 12 of Fig. 3, it is apparent that, on account of the orientation of the oblong holes 9, an inward movement of the clamping jaws, or the clamping projections 11, in the sense of arrow 13 will occur so as to increase the clamping effect. The pins guided in the oblong holes 9 are denoted by 14. From the illustration according to Fig. 4, a connecting rod 15 is additionally apparent, via which the clamping device 5 is connected with the bearing 17 of the drive motor 2.
6 The illustration according to Fig. 5 depicts a sectional view along arrow V/V of Fig. 4, from which the position of the flexible anchor is apparent, this illustration substantially corresponding to the illustration according to Fig. 3. From Fig. 4, the hook-shaped configuration of the clamping jaw 16 carrying the clamping noses 11 can be taken.
