Description

IMPROVED
BOTTLE
The invention relates to improvements in bottles for beverages and other liquids.
It is well known that the consumer who likes to drink two types of beverages gets them in two bottles and usually carries them in both hands. In most cases, it is very inconvenient.
It is also known that the consumer, who carries a bottle of beverage for himself, faces some hygienic dilemmas when needing to share it with someone else.
A common inconvenience is carrying a large but almost empty bottle. It would be much handier if with decrease of the liquid, the size of the bottle also decreased.
This invention has been specially devised to cope with the inconveniences mentioned above. It gives more leeway to consumers of beverages and other liquids by providing a bottle that can be joined easily with one or more identical bottles, thus forming one compact and practical vessel, of which each bottle can be filled with different types of beverages. It can be carried comfortably in one hand, taken apart easily and rejoined again if necessary. It also gives the consumer an opportunity to dispose of empty bottles in order to carry a more space efficient vessel.
A bottle in accordance with the invention comprises a vessel with a round or rectangular cross section, and the said vessel has a top end with a single sealable opening for introducing and expelling the liquid, and a bottom with a cavity that can be used for connecting to another bottle; and the said bottle has a cap.
The top end of the vessel has a male thread that corresponds to the female thread of the bottle's cap and to the female thread of the vessel's bottom cavity.
The bottle can be made of a suitable food grade clear or colored plastic or glass.
The invention may be better understood with reference to the illustrations of embodiments of the invention which: Figure 1 is a longitudinal section of an elevation of the bottle with the cap on the top of the sealed opening.
Figure 2 is a longitudinal section of joint together two bottles with both top openings still sealed.
Figure 3 is a longitudinal section of joint together two bottles, but with the seal only on the bottom bottle.
The bottle shown on Fig. 1 is a vessel 1 with cylindrical or rectangular cross section, and said vessel 1 having a top end 2, made as a hollow cylinder, an outer surface of which has a male thread 3, which corresponds to the female thread 4 of a cap 5; and these threads being screwed together seal the opening 6 of the said vessel 1, when the cover 7 is off.
The bottom 8 of the said vessel 1 has a cavity 9 blocked from the top with a horizontal wall 10. The said cavity 9 made as a hollow cylinder with a female thread 11 on its inner surface, and the said female thread 11 corresponds to the said top end's male thread 3.By using the said cavity's 9 thread 11 Ithe above described bottle can be join with another bottle, which top end's male thread 3 corresponds to female thread 11; and thus forming a vessel, which can be filled with two different beverages or with the same one (Fig 2,3).
2 In the same above shown manner three or four bottles can be join together and can be filled with different or with the same beverage or any liquid.
