Method for manufacturing an assembly of a heat-insulation tube and at least a pipe (6) accommodated therein for transport of fluid, in which in a continuous consecutive series of process steps the pipe (6) is supplied, which pipe (6) may for instance be made of synthetic material or metal, a casing (7) of synthetic insulation material is extruded and arranged around the pipe (6), and in which a sealing outer layer (18) is extruded, is provided with a longitudinal cut, and then is arranged around the casing (7) from aside.
