Abstract
The subject of the present invention is a glass spacer intended to keep two substrates spaced apart, its glass matrix having a volume electronic conductivity advantageously between 10<SUP>-13 </SUP>and 10<SUP>-5 </SUP>ohm<SUP>-1</SUP>.cm<SUP>-1</SUP>. According to a variant of the invention, the glass spacer has a modulus of elasticity of greater than 90 GPA.
