Abstract
The invention relates to a piston compressor comprising a one-piece crankshaft, whose mass is dynamically compensated. Said compressor substantially consists of several well-shaped cylinders (6a to 6c), arranged on a housing (3) for a crankshaft (4) with pistons (5a to 5c) allocated to said cylinders. The crankshaft (4) converts its rotational displacement into a linear displacement for the allocated pistons (5a to 5c) by means of a respective connecting rod (7a to 7c) that is mounted on anti-friction bearings, in order to compress air. The aim of the invention is to permit the anti-friction bearings (10a to 10c) on the crankshaft side to be easily assembled on the allocated seats of the crankshaft (4). To achieve this, each anti-friction bearing (10a to 10c), arranged between the connecting rod (7a to 7c) and the crankshaft (4), has one-piece bearing bushings and at least one compensatory mass (13a, 13b), connected in a fixed manner to the crankshaft (4), is positioned between the offsets of the crankshaft (4) that are provided for the connecting rods (7a to 7c). The compensatory masses (11a, 11b), provided between the seats for the anti-friction bearings (10a to 10c) situated on the crankshaft (4) and the adjacent crankshaft end are connected in a detachable manner to the crankshaft (4), to allow the anti-friction bearings (10a to 10c) to be threaded onto their allocated seat of the crankshaft (4) from the end of said crankshaft.
