Abstract

The invention relates to a marker for intestinal diagnosis and intestinal therapy. The aim of the invention is to provide a marker for both intestinal diagnosis and intestinal therapy whereby the position of said marker can be accurately determined as it passes through the gastro-intestinal tract and said marker enables controlled active-substance release in local treatment area. To achieve this, the marker is made of a ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic powder, an organic substance with a melting temperature ranging from 36-60 DEG C and an active substance.
