Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the aqueous dispersion of the lipid vesicles by solubilizing a lipid into an organic solvent to obtain an organic phase, then mixing the organic phase with water phase, and after stirring the mixture to disperse, and evaporating the solvent together with a portion of water. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous dispersion of the lipid vesicles is prepared by solubilizing at least one lipid into at least one organic solvent to obtain an organic phase, then adding the organic phase thus obtained to water phase, and after stirring the mixture to disperse, evaporating the organic solvent together with a portion of water. The solvent having a boiling point of <50 deg.C under a pressure of 1.5×10<4> -10<5> Pa., e.g. dichloromethane, chloroform, butyl acetate, toluene or the like is preferred as the organic solvent mentioned above. Preferably the lipid is in the organic solvent at 35-55 deg.C, and the quantity of the lipid in the organic solvent is in the range of 5-50 wt.%.
