EMI1.1

EMI1.1
The aim of the invention is to bind carbon-containing waste of all kinds, such as sawdust, peat, coal dust, 11th the like, and to increase the calorific value by adding additives. that the fuel reaches or exceeds the calorie content of hard coal.
In order to produce the fuel, an aqueous solution of iron sulphate is first produced.
With this solution, the sawdust, coal dust or the like are poured and shoveled together, for example with a water can with a shower head. until the mass is slightly moistened. The mass impregnated in this way is spread flat in the lowest possible layers and left to air dry. Then any waste product of the tar, naphtha or earth wax industry, such as tar, gudron, earth wax or pitch, is heated to the melting point in a kettle and the sawdust, coal dust or the like impregnated as described above is entered in batches with further heating and thorough working together.
The mixing ratio can for example be selected in this way. that 60-95 parts of the sawdust, coal dust or the like treated with iron sulfate solution are mixed with 5-40 parts of tar, naphtha or earthenware industrial waste.
By impregnating the sawdust or the like with iron sulfate in the manner described above, on the one hand an oxidation (oxygen uptake) takes place as a result of the air storage, on the other hand there is through
EMI1.2
If a fuel is produced in a known manner with the aid of a sulfate, it is produced and shaped in one go. The added sulfates oxidize on the surface of the molded pieces, while inside the same the sulfates remain unchanged. According to the present
EMI1.3
achieved a far more powerful oxidizing effect.
A particular advantage of the fuel is that its ash content is naturally reduced to the utmost, since the known admixtures such as lime, sand, clay or the like are completely eliminated.
