Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Aufhängevorrichtung für d le den Zylinderdeckeln von Ver- brennungskraftmaschinen nach dem Verbrennungsraume hin vorgelagerten wassergekühlten Schutz- kammern und besteht im wesentlichen dmn, dass d ! e d : e Kammern tragenden Halteorgane mit den
Kammern in einer eine Gleitbewegung zwischen diesen Teilen zulassenden Weise verbunden sind.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einer Ausführungsform beispielsweise dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 einen lotrechten Schnitt durch den oberen Teil eines der Erfindung gemäss ausgebildeten Zylinderkopfes und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch die Befestigungsvonichtung nach Linie 2-2 der Fig. 1.
A ist der Zylindermantel und B der Zylinderdeckel, dem nach dem Verbrennungsraume hin die Wasserkammer C vorgelagert ist. Zum Tragen der Kammer C dienen Bolzen D, die den Zylinderdeckel B durchdringen und in diesem mittels der Packungen E abgedichtet sind. Das der Kammer C zugekehrte

Hie durch wird erreicht, dass sich die Wasserkammer, trotzdemihre Befestigungsbolzen im Zylinder- deckel festen Schluss haben, ungehindert auszudehnen vermag, was bei den bisherigen Anordnungen, die an den Befestigungsstellen keine Relativbewegung zwischen Bolzen und Kammer zulassen, nicht der Fall ist. Durch'Verlegung der Bolzen der Aufhängevorrichtung nach der Zylindermitte hin kann eine Ver- kleinerung der Relativbewegung in den Gleitbahnen erreicht werden.
Anstatt im Zylindexdeckel können die Bolzen D gegebenenfalls auch im Zylindermantel angeordnet sein. Die Einrichtung ist naturgemäss auch bei unterteilten Wasserkammern zu verwenden.
