Verfahren zur Herstellung homogener Massen aus Kolloiden, Glycerin und Mineralölen.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung homogener, elastischer Massen aus Kolloiden, wie Leim, Gelatine o. dgl., hydroskopischen Stoffen, wie Glycerin oder Chlorcalcium und Mineralölen. Die hergestellten Massen, die mit Bichromaten gehärtet werden, sollen zum Ersatz für Kautschuk u. dgl. in bekannter Weise dienen.
Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass den genannten Stoffen vor der Härtung mit Bichromaten Dextrin zugesetzt wird. Dieser Zusatz hat den Zweck, das in der Gesamtmischung enthaltene Wasser aufzunehmen und dadurch eine gleichmässige Verteilung des Öls in der Masse zu ermöglichen. Es gelingt durch diesen Zusatz eine ganz innige Vermischung des Öls mit dem Leim-Glyceringemisch herbeizuführen, so dass eine vollkommen homogene Masse erhalten wird.
Die zur Anwendung gelangenden Mengen von Öl und Dextrin können wechseln, jedoch werden zweckmässig 10 bis 30 kg Mineralöl auf je 30 leg Gelatine und Glycerin angewandt. Die Menge des Dextrins kann etwa die Hälfte derjenigen des Mineralöls betragen.

The invention relates to a method for the production of homogeneous, elastic masses from colloids such as glue, gelatine or the like, hydroscopic substances such as glycerine or calcium chloride and mineral oils. The purpose of this addition is to absorb the water contained in the overall mixture and thereby enable the oil to be evenly distributed in the mass.
