Device for excavating preformed glass objects or muzzles.
To excavate preformed glass objects or moths, a split head shape has hitherto been used, which first had to be opened for the purpose of releasing the finished glass object held by it and which brought about pre-sewing on the glass object at its partial locations. This drawback is to eliminate an undivided head shape in which, according to the invention, an undercut of such dimensions is provided.
EMI1.1
Cutting is pressed in for the purpose of holding on and due to the different expansion or contraction of the head shape compared to the glass that occurs after the final blow molding, the undercutting of the head bulge of the finished glass object only
EMI1.2
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention z. B. for the preforming and finishing of a canning jar shown schematically.
In a preform a, the z. B. for the production of a canning jar serving preformed glass object b produced by means of the ram c. The head shape d in the form of an undivided ring is placed on the undivided preform n. In the head shape cl is a z. B. on the wall e 'such a slightly undercut recess t' is provided that the glass forming the head bulge is pressed into this undercut recess when the object is pressed and is held by the undercut in the head shape d so that the pre-pressed glass object b, as shown in Fig 2 shows a can be lifted out of the preform.
Fig. 3 shows the raised glass object adhering to the head shape d. B. finished by blowing into a jar q. Since the head shape is hotter after the blow-molding process,
EMI1.3
If the undercut occurs, the greater extent of the metal head shape compared to the glass has the consequence that the undercut of the head shape (which is to be measured in a correspondingly small manner) makes the head bulge of the finished glass object so light
