Durch die gute Vorverteilung muß die Schmelze während des Hinterpreßvorgan-ges, der durch das Schließen des Werkzeugs erfolgt, nur mehr kurze Fließwege überwinden. Deshalb werden hier auch deutlich geringere Schmelzedrücke zum Ausformen der Formteilgeometrie als bei der Hinterspritztechnik benötigt. Weiters kommt der meist oben liegende Textilverbund vorteilhafterweise erst später mit der heißen Schmelze in Berührung.The back-press technology can be used economically, especially for large molded parts.
