  Vorrichtung zum Färben von Geweben. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Färben von Geweben mit auf beiden Seiten des Farbbottiches angeordneten Spannvorrichtungen und besteht in von einer Spiralfeder umgebenen Führungsstiften, welche in durch drehbare Spannstangen miteinander verbundenen Gleitblöcken von fest angeordneten   Führungskonsolen   geführt sind, zum Zweck das Fabrikat stets unter gleichmässiger Spannung zu halten. 



   In Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im lotrechten Schnitt und in Draufsicht dargestellt. 



     1   ist der Bottich für das Farbbad 2 ;   3,   4 und 5 sind Führungswalzen für das zu färbende Fabrikat, welches von der Speisewalze 7 über die Führungswalze zu der Aufwickel walze 10 als Streifen 9 läuft. 



   Um das zu färbende Fabrikat unter gleichmässiger Spannung zu erhalten, dienen die Stellschrauben 45   und 46,   die an gegenüberliegenden Kanten des Bottiches 1 angeordnet sind. Jede dieser Spann Vorrichtungen besteht aus einem fest angeordneten   Fübrungskonsol   53 mit einem Gleitblock 54 und einem Führungsstift 55, der durch die Enden des   Konsols   hindurchgleitet, während jeder Stift von einer Feder 56 umgeben ist, die das Bestreben hat, den Gleitblock nach aussen zu pressen. Die Blöcke 54 sind (Fig. 2) durch drehbare   Spannstangpn   57 miteinander verbunden. Die Vorrichtung wird also das
Fabrikat straff halten und die Spannstangen werden verhüten, dass dasselbe namentlich an den Kanten sich aufrollt oder Falten bildet.

   The present invention relates to a device for dyeing fabrics with tensioning devices arranged on both sides of the dye tub and consists of guide pins surrounded by a spiral spring, which are guided in sliding blocks of fixed guide brackets connected to one another by rotatable tension rods, for the purpose of the product always under even tension hold.



   In Fig. 1 and 2 of the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown in vertical section and in plan view.



     1 is the tub for the dye bath 2; 3, 4 and 5 are guide rollers for the product to be colored, which runs from the feed roller 7 over the guide roller to the winding roller 10 as a strip 9.



   The adjusting screws 45 and 46, which are arranged on opposite edges of the vat 1, serve to maintain the product to be colored under uniform tension. Each of these clamping devices consists of a fixed guide console 53 with a sliding block 54 and a guide pin 55 which slides through the ends of the console, while each pin is surrounded by a spring 56 which tends to press the sliding block outward. The blocks 54 are connected to one another (FIG. 2) by rotatable tie rods 57. So the device becomes that
