  Walzwerk zur Herstellung von Spiralbohrern. 



   Es sind bereits Walzwerke zur Herstellung   vjn Spiralbohrern,   bestehend aus zwei Paaren   kreu/woiso   gegeneinander gerichteter Walzen, wovon ein Paar die Führung des   Arbeitsstückes   bewirkt und das andere Paar die Rillen herstellt, bekannt geworden. Ein derartiges Walzwerk zur Herstellung von Spiralbohrern ist Gegenstand der Erfindung. Das Neue besteht darin, dass die Führungswalzen derart kalibriert sind, dass sie unter dem Druck der Rillenwalzen, bzw. derjenigen Walzen, welche die Rillen einwalzen, die Schneidfase herstellen, die bisher durch Hinterfräsung oder Schleifen hergestellt werden musste. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 das Walzwerk in der Vorderansicht, Fig. 2 dasselbe in der Seitenansicht, Fig. 3 den mittleren Teil, bzw. die vier Arbeitswalzen in grösserem Massstabe in der Vorderansicht und Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch das fertig gewalzt Arbeitsstück und das Kaliber der   Führungswalzen,   durch das die Schneidfase hergestellt wird. 



   Das Walzwerk besteht-in bekannter Weise aus zwei an ihrem Umfange ausgekehlten Führungswalzen a, al und zwei zur Herstellung der Rillen dienenden Walzen b, bl, die kreuzweise gegeneinander gerichtet sind und wovon die letzteren zwangsweise angetrieben werden. Die Führungswalzen a,   a1 sind,   wie dies insbesondere Fig. 4 erkennen lässt, derart kalibriert, dass sie unter dem Druck der Walzen b, bl sofort die Schneidfase c des Spiralbohrers herstellen. Die Walzen b, bl sind, wie dies Fig. 2 erkennen lässt, unrund, so dass derjenige Teil der Walzen, weicher die Rillen herstellt, nur einen Teil des Umfanges der
Walzen ausmacht und der andere Teil der Walzen von derart kleinerem Durchmesser ist, dass er das Arbeitsstück frei hindurchtreten lässt, ohne auf dasselbe einzuwirken.
