Abstract
Mundstück (1) für Blasinstrumente mit einer zapfenförmigen Steckverbindung (2), die mit ringförmigen Nuten (3) versehen ist, bei der vorgeschlagen wird, dass zumindest eine Einkerbung (4) in der Nutenflanke einer Nute (3) vorgesehen ist. Durch die in die Steckverbindung (2) integrierten Einkerbungen (4) kann beim Einspannen des Mundstücks (1) eine exakte Ausrichtung, Positionierung und Stabilisierung in der Spannvorrichtung für das Fräsen gewährleistet werden. Es ist weder aufwändiges und fehleranfälliges Justieren noch zusätzliches Ausrichten des Mundstücks (1) nötig. Da während des Fräsprozesses Kräfte auf das Mundstück (1) wirken, kann durch die Einkerbungen (4) eine bessere Druckverteilung erreicht werden. Es gibt in der Steckverbindung (2) insgesamt drei Nute (3) mit jeweils zwei Einkerbungen (4), insgesamt also sechs Einkerbungen (4). Die Lage wurde so gewählt, dass eine Einkerbung (4) in Lage und Form immer gespiegelt gegenüberliegt.
